Jiangsu Ship Surveyors Conduct Hands-on Training at Our Company's Workshop

From September 4 to 5, 2014, more than 20 ship surveyors from 13 cities in Jiangsu Province visited the Xinghua Economic Development Zone and entered the production workshop of our company – Xinghua Tongzhou Ship Equipment Co., Ltd. – to carry out practical training on marine product inspection.

As the on-site base for this training, our company attached great importance to the event and provided full support. The surveyor team toured our production workshops for deck machinery and steering gear, the CNC cutting workshop, the machining and assembly workshop, and the dedicated testing laboratory, observing the manufacturing process of key components. By watching videos of our company's production processes and procedures, the surveyors gained a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the entire production process of marine products such as windlasses and steering gears – from material cutting to finished products.

During the event, senior marine product surveyors from Jiangsu Province provided on-site inspection guidance at our production facility, leading the participating surveyors through a detailed review of the operation of our quality management system. Our company's relevant responsible personnel also exchanged views with the surveyors on how to continuously improve product quality through strict implementation of the quality management system, earning unanimous recognition from the experts present.

This hands-on training not only enhanced the front-line surveyors' practical understanding of the manufacturing processes and key inspection points of marine products but also fully demonstrated our company's professional strength and quality control capabilities in the field of marine equipment manufacturing.
