Tongzhou products have successively obtained recognition from major ship inspections such as ZC, CCS, ZY, BV, ABS, LR, DNV, NK, KR, BKI, etc. The products are exported to multiple countries, such as France, Iran, Argentina, India, Indonesia, etc. The company has passed the IS09001 quality management system certification of the China Classification Society.

The company has assistant engineers and inspectors who have been engaged in deck machinery design and development for many years, including CCS-certified welders, BV-certified welders, LR-certified welders, pressure vessel welding-certified welders, general-certified welders, machinists, electricians, and fitters.

Existing main production equipment: large laser cutting and cutting machines, CNC plasma cutting and cutting machines, CNC wire cutting machines, gear machines, welding robots, gantry milling machines, boring machines, large lathes, electric beveling machines, pneumatic chamfering machines, CNC pipe bending machines, various welding machines, time effect vibrators, sandblasting machines, etc. Main testing equipment: various measuring instruments, rulers, roughness comparison blocks, hardness testers, tensile impact testing machines, ultrasonic flaw detectors, coating thickness gauges, 400t anchor machine test benches, 200tm crane test benches, 8-200kn·m, 30-600kn·m, and 100-1500kn·m servo motor test benches. We can now manufacture various marine equipment.
